Zuni Mission Church Timothy O'Sullivan's 1873 picture was made from the roof of a house in the multi-story pueblo of that day. Mine was taken from the ground. Note how the ground level in front of the church entrance has been raised a few feet by the fill dirt from its modern use as a cemetery. The church is no longer in use, having been replaced by a newer building a short distance away.
