Original Buildings

Here's the plan of the original

Ingleside Clubhouse and six

cottages built by W. J. Murphy

in 1910.  The street plan is

based on a subdivision plat

filed by Ralph Murphy in 1927

as he was preparing to market 

residential lots in the area.  The 

county road next to canal 

was the road to Scottsdale

and later became Indian School

Road.  Citrus Avenue is now

60th Street and Broadway

became Osborn Road.
